Therapy is intensely personal but with the the right match you can begin to feel better. It takes courage to make that first call to start.
My hope in providing this website is to introduce myself and my practice to you.
About
Individual Therapy, Coaching, Consultation and Supervision
Our work begins by focusing on your reasons for coming to therapy, whether it's a relationship problem, you're struggling with work-life balance, or you're experiencing significant anxiety or depression. I work with people from a whole person perspective/holistic approach focusing on your strengths and the things that might be getting in the way of your moving forward.
A little bit about me..
I started my career as a bachelor's level clinician in 1994 after working in a social service role overseas. From there I worked at Harvard Medical School for seven years. I worked with families with significant mental health issues. I completed my Masters in Social Work at Boston University during my time at Harvard Medical School.
I have held positions at most of the major medical hospitals in the Boston Metro area including: VA hospital system, Taunton State, Mass. Mental Health Center, Cambridge Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
In 2006, I started my private practice. For more information check out my LinkenIn profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/mimi-braude-90899ba.
